Handyman proposals bundle a punch list into one priced document. Each task gets its own line with a time or flat price so the customer can prioritise, and the ones they are on the fence about become optional items. Materials are either included in the line or listed as an allowance. Say what you do not do (licensed electrical and plumbing, structural work) and how you handle tasks that run long, because punch lists always grow while you are on site.

Terms that belong in a handyman proposal
Promise extended coverage on the bid: a longer warranty on labor is often what wins handyman work against a cheaper number, and it costs nothing on the day you offer it. Set the terms on the proposal and they print with the scope the customer accepts, carry through to the invoice, and start counting down when that invoice is paid.
