List prices by home size for your standard recurring clean, a separate line for the first or deep clean, and move-out cleaning as its own service. Below those, price the add-ons customers ask for most: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, laundry, and extra bathrooms. Say what a standard clean covers in one line, because the most common complaint in this business is a customer who expected something that was never in scope.
Price by home size, quote by the job
A price sheet gives ranges; the quote gives the number. Show "from" prices by bedroom and bathroom count, then confirm after a walkthrough or a few photos. Pets, clutter and a home that has not been cleaned professionally in a year all move the number, and the sheet should say so in the footer.
Commercial and office cleaning
Offices are bid per visit from square footage, frequency and restroom count, and sold on a monthly contract, so a public price sheet matters less than a clear proposal. How often should I update my price list?
Once a year, with notice to recurring customers. Put a year on the sheet so an old copy cannot be held against you.
